Qualifications

• Master's Degree in behavioral health; licensure through AzBBHE preferred.
• Experience working with adults in the community behavioral health field.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized and reliable.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Trauma-informed.
• Must have Fingerprint clearance card or be eligible to obtain one.
• Must have a valid AZ driver's license with no major infractions in the past three years.
• Must have regular access to reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual therapeutic services in the Glendale and Tempe areas.
• Facilitate groups.
• Complete individual counseling services and assessments.
• Provide psychotherapy for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults and their families.
• Individualize services to meet clients' unique needs.
• Use community resources and referrals to enhance and expand treatment.
• Deliver at least 40 hours of work per week, with a goal of 30 hours of therapy services.
• Provide case management services.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment and prevention programs.
• Produce complete, timely, thorough, quality clinical documentation for billable and non-billable services.
• Maintain client records in accordance with agency, RBHA, state, and federal requirements.
• Participate in the Quality Management Program.
• Participate in regular supervision and accept collaborative, strengths-based feedback.
• Interact with clinical, support, and administrative staff.
• Attend administrative, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Recommend changes to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate communication with other agency departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in committees and work groups.
• Provide instruction and training for interns and coworkers when requested.
• Develop and maintain relationships with state, community, contracting, and collaborating organizations.
• Utilize Best Practice therapeutic approaches whenever possible.
