Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services in Mount Holly, NJ, seeks a Program Director for the Alles Program, a trauma-informed residential unit for youth. You will oversee administration, supervision, budgeting, and ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.

You will supervise staff, monitor metrics, represent the program in the community, and develop crisis plans. After-hours coverage and on-call duties are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology with at least 3 years of youth experience.
• Supervisory experience required and demonstrated ability to lead a team.
• Ability to plan, develop and evaluate a trauma-informed residential program.
• Compliance with PI, HR, budget, and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and supervision of the Alles Program and its staff.
• Monitor program statistics and represent the program in the community.
• Develop and evaluate the program to meet organizational goals and budgets.
• Provide after-hours coverage and on-call duties; develop crisis plans.
• Ensure case management duties are completed per regulations and policies.
