Jackson Memorial Hospital, part of Jackson Health System in Miami, is seeking a Clinical Staff Nurse for the Trauma IMCU. This full-time, 3:3 schedule, day shift role requires strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based nursing.

You will coordinate care with physicians and staff, document care plans, monitor patient status, manage medications and equipment, and participate in rounds to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• Valid Florida RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire with at least 6 months validity.

Responsabilités

• Implements and coordinates delivery of care with physicians and other staff.
• Documents nursing care, care plans and observations; manages narcotics/equipment.
• Maintains infection control knowledge; follows unit policies and procedures.
• Participates in rounds; ensures continuity of care and HIPAA compliance.
• Models nursing standards within the JHS CARE Model.
