• Trauma and/or critical-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care to trauma patients transitioning from ICU.
• Assess rapidly changing conditions, monitor vital signs and telemetry, administer medications, respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with discharge planning.
