The University of Kentucky is seeking an RN for the Trauma ICU on the 7th floor, Tower 100, 7P shifts. The role centers on delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care with teamwork across providers.

ADN is required, with BSN preferred, and no experience is required though prior ICU exposure is beneficial. Applicants must hold an active Kentucky RN license (or compact state license), an AHA BLS certification, and be able to work three 12-hour shifts per week plus some weekends and

Qualificações

• Must hold active Kentucky RN license, or compact license in good standing.
• BSN strongly preferred; RN experience preferred but not required.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers valid for at least 6 months after hire.

• Provide total, comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care and document a care plan.
• Deliver direct patient care and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Train and delegate duties to Nursing Care Technicians and collaborate with clinicians.
