Job summary

Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Certified Patient Care Assistant (CNA/LNA) to support the ICU 3C with patient care and administrative tasks. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA/LNA certification in state of practice required for new hires.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care to promote comfort and contribute to the plan of care.
• Document patient data and maintain accurate records in the EHR.
• Perform duties such as vital signs collection, ADL assistance, and specimen collection as delegated.
• Assist with transportation of patients and unit support tasks as needed.
• Support nursing and medical staff with clerical and administrative duties.
