Job summary

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Hand and Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing Daytona Beach practice. The role centers on trauma-based cases, fracture management, and select soft-tissue procedures, with a clear path to partnership.

The ideal candidate will have fellowship training in Hand/Upper Extremity surgery, be licensed to practice in Florida, and hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hand/Upper Extremity surgery with fellowship training.
• Proficient in managing trauma and fracture cases.
• Collaborative mindset with strong patient-care commitment.
• MD/DO from an accredited university.
• US citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Florida medical license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage trauma-based cases and fractures in Hand/Upper Extremity.
• Perform soft-tissue and hand/upper-extremity procedures as needed.
• Provide high-quality clinical and administrative support within an established practice.
• Collaborate with a team at hospital systems and partner-owned ASC.
• Support partnership opportunities and ownership pathways.
