The Trauma/Gen Surgery Inpatient APP at University of Kentucky provides care for critically and acutely ill adults in the adult ICU, progressive care, and acute care areas. The role serves as a resource for intensive care interventions and ensures safe, high-quality care across the patient continuum from ICU to discharge.

Requires APRN with ACNP or PA-C, with no experience required. Day shift; 7x12-hour shifts per pay period. Pre-employment screenings may be required.

Qualifications

• MSN for Nurse Practitioners or BS for Physician Assistants.
• APRN with ACNP certification or enrollment in Post Master’s ACNP program within one year of hire or PA-C.
• No experience required.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required.

Responsabilités

• The Trauma/Gen Surgery Inpatient APP works within the adult ICU, progressive care, and acute care areas and is an integral member of the multidisciplinary health care team.
