Baystate Health in Springfield, MA is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join the Family Advocacy Center. This grant-funded role focuses on trauma-informed mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families affected by trauma, including abuse and exposure to violence.

You will provide assessments, individual and group therapy, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning with families and state agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience providing treatment in outpatient mental health settings.
• Licensed Psychologist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Doctor of Psychology.

Responsabilités

• Provide developmentally appropriate individual and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families affected by trauma and traumatic grief.
• Conduct clinical intakes and comprehensive assessments to gather patient histories, evaluate concerns, and formulate diagnoses.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Apply trauma- and grief-focused treatment approaches within a trauma-informed, culturally responsive framework.
• Collaborate with families, community providers, and state agencies to coordinate care.
• Conduct psychological testing when indicated and participate in family meetings and interdisciplinary discussions.
• Contribute to quality improvement, program development, and educational initiatives; opportunities may include teaching and supervision.
