Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Livonia, Michigan is seeking a Full-Time Surgeon specializing in Trauma, Surgical Critical Care, and Acute Care Surgery. The role features a Level II trauma center with a collaborative, education-focused team of 6 surgeons and 13 APPs.

Qualifications

• Board-certified General Surgeon with CCS credentials (ACS SCC fellowship preferred).
• Michigan medical license or ability to obtain license.
• ACLS/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in Trauma Surgery, Surgical Critical Care, and Emergency General Surgery.
• Participate in trauma patient care across the continuum from resuscitation to rehabilitation.
• Serve as a clinical educator for residents, fellows, and APPs.
• Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
