Job summary
Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology in Rutland, Vermont, providing anesthesia for a Trauma Center. The role operates under a supervision model with strong physician support and teamwork.
Qualified candidates graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program, hold CRNA certification, and possess Vermont RN/APRN licensure. BLS/ACLS credentials or the ability to obtain them are required.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Current CRNA certification.
- Eligible for Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
- BLS and ACLS certification or ability to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
