Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a trauma-center anesthesia team in Rutland, Vermont.

The role offers supervision by an Anesthesiologist and provides comprehensive support for perioperative care. You will administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, perform pre-anesthesia assessments, and collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
