Job summary

Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Trauma Coordinator for our Level 1 trauma program. This full-time, day-shift role offers 40 hours per week and requires a BSN.

You will coordinate trauma care across departments and partner with EMS, hospitals, and community agencies to maintain high standards of patient care. You will lead performance improvement initiatives, provide staff education, and support trauma data abstraction and program budgeting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trauma care processes and standards.
• Experience in education program development or training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hospital staff and EMS to coordinate all aspects of trauma care.
• Monitors and evaluates trauma patient care across ED, OR, ICU, PACU and inpatient units.
• Provides education and resources to nursing staff and trauma registry teams.
