Job Summary and Qualifications

The RN coordinates and provides high-quality, patient-centered care, adhering to practice standards and collaborating with medical providers. The RN advocates for patients and models the organization’s values to ensure an excellent patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assessing patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes.
2. Administering prescribed medications and monitoring responses.
3. Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations before procedures, including history review, assessments, and obtaining consent.
4. Implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and experience.
5. Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

1. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
2. Registered Nurse license.
3. Associate Degree in Nursing.
