TouchPoint is hiring a Trauma/Burn ICU Dietitian in Indianapolis, IN. You will join a dedicated team providing specialized medical nutrition therapy for trauma, burn, and neuro ICU patients.

This role emphasizes evidence-based care, collaboration with medical staff, and educating patients and families. Requirements include being a Registered Dietitian (or eligible) and licensure in the state, with CNSC certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or eligible for certification.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice or willing to obtain licensure.
• Specialty certification when required for the role.
• Two years of work experience in a specialty area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for trauma/ICU patients.
• Education: provide nutrition guidance to patients, families, staff, and community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply the latest research to align with diet manuals, policies, and protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with care teams to meet patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of dietetic staff and interns where applicable.
