The role requires an RDN or CDR eligibility, TN licensure, and typically 2 years of specialty experience. A $60,000–$65,000 salary with a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible (per state and licensure)
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable
• Specialty certification when required
• Two years of work experience in specialty preferred

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: assess and plan nutrition for trauma surgical patients
• Education: guide patients and families on nutrition and lifestyle strategies
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply updated research and diet manual
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives
• Collaboration: work with food service management to improve patient satisfaction
• Mentorship: support dietetic interns and staff development
