Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver high-level clinical care across trauma and acute care services. You will coordinate comprehensive care plans, consult with interdisciplinary teams, and perform procedures within your scope of practice, including prescriptive authority.

Ideal candidates hold an NP or PA credential, a Master's degree, BLS, and ATLS certification, with trauma or ED/ICU experience preferred.

Job Description

Position Summary
Accountable for advanced practice nursing and/or clinical practice in the care of assigned patient populations. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient health data, identifying expected outcomes, developing and implementing plans of care, providing comprehensive clinical coordination and case management, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. The APP will provide consultation, utilize prescriptive authority in accordance with state and federal regulations, perform procedures and treatments within scope of practice, evaluate patient progress, provide education to patients, families, and staff, and manage high-risk patient populations.

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Weekend and holiday rotation required
• Weekend and holiday shifts follow the same 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule

Qualifications
