Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Acute Care Surgeon to join the Division of Acute Care Surgery in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on high-acuity trauma, surgical critical care and emergency general surgery within a supportive, academically engaged environment.

The division currently includes six surgeons with robust APP and resident support, opportunities for scholarly activity, teaching, and collaboration with regional medical campuses.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in acute care surgery.
• Experience in high-acuity trauma, surgical critical care and emergency general surgery.
• Academic environment with teaching, mentorship and research opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma, surgical critical care and emergency general surgery as part of the Division of Acute Care Surgery.
• Collaborate with interns, residents, APPs and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Engage in teaching and academic activities with residency programs and students.
• Participate in on-call coverage and coordinate with Northwest Hospital as needed.
