Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking Part-Time Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) to work Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 7pm or 8pm. Each shift lasts about 1–2 hours, with pay of $30–$40 per night and weekly direct deposit.

You walk the apartment grounds collecting bags, transport them to the dumpster, and upload photos in the app. PPE is provided; you must lift up to 30 lbs and stay active outdoors in all weather. Training is provided and the role offers a quick path to advancement.

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $30 to $40/ night working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week).

Schedule

• Sunday-Thursday Evenings
• Start Time: 7pm or 8pm
• Shifts typically take 1-2 hours per night (around 5-10 hours per week)

Pay

• $30-40 / night

What you'll do

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
• Take and upload photos in our company app
• Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions
