Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) in Washougal, WA. Earn $50 per night with a short evening schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 7pm start; 1–2 hours per shift; ~5–10 hours/week).

You will walk apartment grounds, collect bags, and upload photos using our app, while following PPE guidelines and working outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required to access sites independently.
• Ability to walk and carry bags up to 30 lbs outdoors in all weather.
• Comfortable with walking stairs and staying active for 1–2 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment community doors to collect tied trash bags.
• Transport bags to dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in company app.
• Follow safety guidelines with PPE provided.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.

Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday Evenings
• Start Time: 7pm
• Shifts typically take 1-2 hours per night (around 5-10 hours per week)

Pay:

• $50 / night

What you’ll do:

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
• Take and upload photos in our company app
• Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions
