Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking a part-time Trash Collector to perform evening rounds at apartment communities. You will collect tied bags from doorsteps and haul them to a community dumpster, using your open-bed pickup truck and smartphone to document the process.

Shifts are 1–2 hours per night with a 7:00 PM start time, Sunday through Thursday, offering about 5–10 hours weekly. Pay is $110 per night on weekdays and $135 per night on Sundays, with weekly direct deposit and safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation – Open Bed Pickup Truck Required.
• Smartphone required for app-based updates.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and be active 1–2 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $110.00/night working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week). This is a great opportunity to earn extra income working 1-2 hours per evening.

Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday Evenings
• Start Time: 7pm
• Shifts typically take 1-2 hours per night (around 5-10 hours per week)

Pay:

• $110.00/night (Mon-Thur)
• $135.00/night (Sundays)

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
• Reliable transportation – Open Bed Pickup Truck Required
• Smartphone
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours

What you'll do:
