Job summary

RPM Staffing Professionals Inc. seeks a dedicated Trash Truck Helper to assist in collection and transportation of waste materials. You will support the driver, help load and unload, and help maintain cleanliness and safety on the route.

This is a full-time, in-person position requiring endurance, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and good communication with the driver and team. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, and referral bonuses.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role or within an outdoor environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and customer interactions.
• This is a physically demanding position and one must be able to continuously step up/down from the back of a truck and also perform overhead lifting.
• Qualified candidates should be flexible on overtime needs to ensure route completion and be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
