Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division is hiring a Trash Technician for a full-time seasonal role at our Charlotte, NC location. You will collect, transport, and dispose of trash and bio-hazardous materials following safety protocols, and operate cleaning equipment as needed.

Requirements include the ability to lift 50–100 pounds and the ability to follow written and oral English instructions. Prior trash tech experience is preferred; schedule is 10-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation.

• Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.

• Schedule: 24/7 operation with 10-hour shifts. Shift times will vary based on operational needs.
• Requirement: Prior trash tech experience is preferred.
• Fixed Pay Rate:$15.00 per hour.
