ESFM, a division of Compass Group USA, has an opening for a full-time Trash Technician in Batesville, AR 72501. No experience is required; training will be provided. Pay ranges from $16.25 to $16.75 per hour, with benefits for all associates.

The role involves collecting, transporting, and properly disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols, while performing cleaning duties and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
