Job summary

ESFM USA, a Compass Group division, is seeking a full-time Trash Technician for the Plainfield, IN site. Shifts run 7:00 pm–5:30 am with online applications accepted. Requires at least 1 year of experience. Pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.00 per hour.

Position involves transporting and properly disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols, and performing cleaning duties as assigned. Includes safety awareness and adherence to instructions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience required.
• Must be able to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
