Job summary

ESFM, the Compass Group USA facilities management arm, seeks a Trash Technician for full-time work at 121 Commerce Ave, Greencastle, PA 17225. You will collect, transport and dispose of trash and biohazardous materials, follow safety protocols, and operate cleaning equipment as needed.

Physical work includes lifting 50–100 lb containers; English instructions are provided in writing and orally. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Collects, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
