Clean A Lot LLC in Newark, DE is seeking a reliable Trash Collection team member to join our outdoor crew. You will work on residential and commercial routes, collecting and hauling waste while operating collection vehicles safely and efficiently.

You must lift and sort bins, follow disposal regulations, and maintain area cleanliness. We value reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work early mornings.

Formación

• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Prior waste collection or labor experience is a bonus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Collect and haul residential and/or commercial waste along assigned routes
• Operate and ride waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently
• Lift, empty, and return trash bins and containers to their proper locations
• Follow all local waste disposal regulations and safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and order around collection areas
• Communicate with supervisors regarding route issues, missed pickups, or hazards
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
