Job summary

Transporting Logistics currently seeks a CDL-A driver for a dedicated Target account. Most loads depart from shuttle points in Whitestown, IN and Demotte, IN, with final destinations including downtown Chicago and suburbs.

Shifts run 2–3 days home weekly with a 34-hour reset; 24/7 operation means shift times may vary. Trucks are automatic, hauling 28' and 53' trailers, with benefits including weekly pay, health benefits, 401(k), PTO, and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• 3 months of verifiable driving experience required.
• Must hold a CDL-A license.
• No SAP drivers accepted.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle runs from Whitestown, IN to Demotte, IN and deliveries to Chicago area.
• Loads are pre-loaded on tri-temp/dual temp reefers.
• Store unloads with lift gate and pallet jack for inner city stores.
• Deliveries originate from West Jefferson, OH with Chicago-area destinations.

CDL - A Driver - Dedicated - Home Weekly

$1,870-$2,490/wk

Job Description:

• Join our dedicated Target account running a mix of shuttles, full loads, and deliveries from shuttle points in Whitestown, IN and Demotte, IN.
• All loads are pre-loaded on tri-temp/dual temp reefers.
• Most stores are store unload with the driver observing the unload. The inner city stores will require the use of lift gate and pallet jacks.

Delivery Locations:

• All loads start and final at the West Jefferson, OH with deliveries to downtown Chicago and the surrounding Chicago suburbs.

Schedule:

• 2-3 days home weekly with a 34-hour reset.
• This account is a 24/7 operation, so shift times may vary.
• Current hours of operation 2100 - noon (overnights), 7 days a week with no set days off.

Compensation:

• Mileage Pay
• Stop Pay
• Detention Pay

Equipment:

• Top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks hauling 28' and 53' trailers.
• The trucks can be parked in a safe and secured location.
