Responsibilities:

+ Escorts/ Transports patients to/from nursing units, treatment and diagnostic areas safely and with respect for privacy and confidentiality as assigned.

+ Correctly identifies patient, safely transports via wheelchair, cart or bed to the requested destination.

+ Recognizes their limitations, and obtains additional information and assistance as needed

+ Upon order, does technical work in the conducting of Non-Invasive cardiology studies (EKG's)on all patients.

Hours/Shifts:

+ Full Time; Days. Holidays and call rotation required.

Requirements:

+ High School Dipoloma or equivalent

+ BLS/CPR certificate

+ Holiday rotation and call rotation required.
