Job summary

Boone Hospital Center in Missouri seeks a dedicated patient transporter to move patients across the hospital for diagnostics and procedures, assist with critical transports, and ensure timely delivery of items while maintaining high customer service standards. The role supports ongoing patient care under RN direction.

• Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.

Job Description Additional Job Information Full-Time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, with options starting at 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., r 8:00 a.m Rotating weekends and holidays as needed by the department Benefits eligible from day 1!

Job Summary:

Transports patients throughout the hospital for diagnostic, therapeutic, and procedural services, and assists with patient care duties as delegated by a registered nurse. Safely transports patients and other necessary items between patient rooms and ancillary departments. Provides timely delivery of miscellaneous items while maintaining a high standard of customer service to ensure efficient workflow and continuity of care throughout the hospital.
