This opportunity sits within a corporate transportation function responsible for keeping shipping activities organized, documented, and moving efficiently. The environment requires close coordination with suppliers, carriers, internal stakeholders, and other business partners, making accuracy, responsiveness, and practical problem-solving essential.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Create and maintain shipping labels supporting inbound supplier shipments, quality returns, premium freight requests, and other transportation activities.
- Support the carrier claims process by submitting claims, tracking progress, and maintaining complete supporting documentation.
- Manage transportation-related email communications and respond to inquiries from suppliers, carriers, and internal business partners.
- Maintain accurate operational information across spreadsheets, databases, reports, and other electronic systems.
- Review business documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Use Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to organize, analyze, document, and communicate transportation information.
- Participate in audits, process improvement activities, and corrective actions designed to improve transportation operations.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to resolve routine issues and keep daily workflows moving efficiently.
Requirements
Do You Bring Proven Success in Logistics and Analytical Support?
- Minimum 2 years of logistics, supply chain, or relevant analytical experience.
- Working knowledge of supply chain and transportation terminology.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, along with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with the ability to investigate information and identify practical solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing claims, shipping information, documentation, and operational data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to organize competing priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Technical or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous transportation, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations experience is strongly preferred.
