Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old with 2 years' client transportation experience.
• Valid Florida driver license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, co-workers and visitors.
• Must have leadership skills.
• Experience in mental health or health care setting preferred.
• Must meet minimum requirements for providers contracted by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for the program staff and ensure training compliance.
• Interviews/hires prospective employees and orients them to the program.
• Manage and organize the continuous workflow of the workspace including the cleanliness and safety of the vehicles and workspace.
• Maintain general knowledge of agency services available for clients.
• Communicate effectively and maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external resources.
• Complete documentation and/or data entry per agency requirements.
• Manage documentation for vehicle operation, maintenance, and billing.
• Other duties as needed per agency requirements.
