Position Details:

• Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Compensation: $70,000 - 75,000 with 10% bonus opportunity

Position Summary:

As the Transportation Supervisor, you will manage daily transportation operations, ensure timely deliveries, maintain compliance with regulations, and supervise drivers. Responsibilities include leading driver teams, monitoring DOT compliance, and optimizing transportation efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, logistics knowledge, and a commitment to service excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise staffing, training, coaching, and performance management of drivers. Assist with scheduling and ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Conduct driver training and evaluations.
• Support day-to-day transportation and delivery functions, including payroll, trip logs, expense reports, and compliance with DOT and company regulations. Use fleet management software for data entry and access.
• Ensure driver safety through monitoring vehicle safety practices and attending safety meetings.
• Track driver-related information such as licenses, traffic tickets, accidents, and safety data.
• Complete all driver and delivery paperwork accurately, including invoices, logs, and reports.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance through post-trip inspections.
• Work with management to minimize operating costs and optimize routes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
