Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Transportation Supervisor DOT to oversee daily delivery operations and routes, ensuring timely, compliant service to BEK customers.

You will report to the Operations Manager and supervise transportation personnel while enforcing safety and DOT guidelines. Required are 3–5 years of related experience, including 1 year in management, knowledge of DOT regulations, and the ability to travel overnight.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience, including at least 1 year of management experience.
• Knowledge of DOT guidelines and related regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed.
• High school diploma or GED and valid CDL requirement as specified.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peer supervisors to manage daily routes and activities of transportation personnel.
• Enforce transportation policies and procedures to maintain equipment performance and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Manage delivery operations to ensure customer satisfaction with internal and external customers.
• Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure timely reporting of work activities and expenditures.
• Train new employees and guide current employees on routes, deliveries, paperwork, and safety requirements; conduct evaluations or disciplinary actions.
• Investigate and report accidents, injuries, and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Represent Ben E. Keith Company professionally and maintain proper dress code.
