Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead the ARC-Miami operation in Miami, FL. You will supervise transportation staff, assign routes, monitor pickups, and enforce established policies to ensure timely, courteous service and accountable donations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required) and four years of heavy truck or large van driving experience, plus at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience driving a heavy-duty truck or large van.
• One year of supervisory experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises transportation personnel and assigns routes to ensure timely pickups.

Job Location: ARC-MIAMI ARC - Miami, FL 33127, Position Type: Full Time Regular, Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly, Job Category: Store, Supervises, plans, assigns, and evaluates the work of all transportation personnel ensuring that donation pickups are conducted in a timely and efficient manner as well as in accordance with established policies and procedures; monitors the effectiveness of the pickup system and initiates appropriate corrective action in a timely manner in order to maintain productivity standards; ensures the accountability of all donated merchandise; ensures that all fleet vehicles are properly maintained; ensures that safety standards are observed by all assigned personnel; ensures that customers are treated in a courteous and tactful manner.

Qualifications: Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required and four years of experience driving a heavy duty truck or large van, one year of supervisory experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of Transportation Supervisor.
