Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Transportation to act as a change agent and drive successful implementations within our logistics operations in the United States. You will help ensure initiatives are implemented, maintained and improved as needed.

You will lead large-scale implementations, manage changes, and develop plans with internal teams, delivering post-implementation feedback and ensuring timely resolution of client issues across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Experience in transportation in a supply chain/distribution environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale implementations.
• Oversee and lead change management initiatives and provide continuing post-implementation support.
• Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations.
• Work with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support.
• Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all current projects.
• Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.
• Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations.
• Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Lead large-scale implementations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry


• Experience in transportation in a supply chain/distribution environment


• Experience with Microsoft Office

It’d be great if you also have:

• Working knowledge and experience with import and export regulations


• Excellent planning, client support, communication and organizational skills
