Collegiate School is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to help direct all Transportation personnel, develop and implement procedures and operations for the maintenance, safety, and scheduling of all School-owned or leased vehicles. This leadership role will also include planning, developing, and implementing policies and procedures for Fleet Maintenance and Transportation services.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to student and staff safety. Responsibilities include supervising transportation staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing fleet records, coordinating routine and preventive maintenance, and overseeing scheduling to ensure efficient daily operations. The Transportation Supervisor will also be expected to foster positive relationships with school personnel, parents, and the broader community while maintaining high standards of service.
