What you will do: Each day you will lead a team that runs a 24-hour- 6 day a week trucking operation in the Chicagoland area. Tasks will include:

• Assist in interviews and hiring.
• Supporting drivers and addressing their needs professionally.
• Processing paperwork.
• Take responsibility for closing the operation each day.
