Medline is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the MedTrans fleet in the United States. The role includes scheduling and dispatching vehicles and drivers, maintaining compliance with DOT and company regulations, and optimizing routes based on workloads.
The position requires 2+ years of driver dispatching experience, coaching staff, and knowledge of transportation costing and motor carrier operations.
Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the assigned MedTrans fleet including proper maintenance and the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and drivers. Ensure compliance with all state Department of Transportation (DOT) and Company regulations.
$73,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
