Your responsibilities
Supervise the transportation operations within a facility or across facilities, as determined.
Job Summary

Supervise company drivers and activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper issues.
  • Collaborate with managers/staff members and customer to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
  • Monitor operations to ensure staff compliance with regulations, policies, safety rules, and Lean programs.
  • Obtain freight rates for inside sales comparison.
  • Arrange trucks for delivery to customers.
  • Promote safe work activities through safety audits, meetings, and individual discussions.
  • Maintain CTPAT and ISO certifications.
  • This role involves working directly on or around motor vehicle equipment.
  • Meet TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Job Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000
