Role Description The Transportation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH. This position oversees daily transportation operations, including dispatching drivers, assigning routes, monitoring schedules, and ensuring timely pickup and delivery of freight. The supervisor coordinates with drivers, customers, and internal teams to address service issues, maintain high levels of communication, and support safety and compliance initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing fleet utilization, reviewing logs and documentation, enforcing company policies and DOT regulations, and resolving operational challenges.
