JT Engineering, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Structural Civil Engineer to lead projects across our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire offices.

You will design structures from concept through construction, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality across deliverables. The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, 0–5 years of experience, and a Wisconsin PE or the ability to obtain one within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Wisconsin PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Mathcad, RISA, LEAP Bridge, MDX, Eriksson Culvert and other comparable structural design software.
• Familiarity with WisDOT, AASHTO, ASCE, NDS, AISC codes preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical competence to perform project tasks independently.
• Knowledge of client and internal software required to complete projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to worksites and meetings.
• Authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
• Occasional travel for development and project-related work.
