Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist in Managed Transportation to handle customer service functions, order entry, load tracking, and driver communication.

You will use your organization and problem-solving skills to keep shipments moving and customers informed. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, familiarity with DOT regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Omnitracs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in transportation or logistics.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in transportation and DOT regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Omnitracs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule delivery appointments.
• Monitor driver performance, hours, and DOT compliance issues.
• Perform data entry and track-and-trace duties.
• Provide freight pay and claims resolution.
• Handle driver paperwork, bills of lading, and customer order information.

_ Shift hours: Monday- Friday 12:00 pm - 10:30 pm _

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Schedule delivery appointments

• Handle driver paperwork, bills of lading, and customer order information

At a minimum,you’llneed:

• 1 year of related experience

It’dbe great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in transportation and DOT regulations
• Solid attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word,Exceland Outlook) and Omnitracs
