Job Family:Strategy & Transformation ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:The Transportation Security Support Analyst supports TSA leadership through executive communications, strategic planning, business operations, reporting, and Microsoft 365-enabled process improvement. This role develops executive briefings, presentations, talking points, decision memos, and leadership communications; manages leadership taskings, action items, correspondence, and follow-up activities; and supports strategic planning, performance management, organizational reporting, and front office initiatives.The Transportation Security Support Analyst also assesses business and quality management processes, recommends improvements, and supports operational efficiency. This includes creating dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting products using Power BI and Excel; building Power Automate workflows to streamline approvals, document management, reporting, and routine processes; and managing SharePoint sites, document repositories, and collaboration tools to improve information sharing and governance.What You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
