Qualifications

• At least one year of specialized experience supervising transportation-security operations.
• Experience leading Transportation Security Officers or Lead Officers preferred.
• Ability to distribute workloads, train staff, and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Transportation Security Officers and Lead Officers.
• Oversee passenger, baggage, and cargo-screening operations.
• Assign work, set priorities, and rotate staff as needed.
• Make security-based decisions using TSA procedures and judgment.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Approve leave and address workplace concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disruptions, and emergencies.
• Prepare briefings, logs, reports, and communications.
