Community LIFE is seeking a Transportation Scheduler to coordinate van transportation for frail, older adults. Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, you will schedule services requested by the Interdisciplinary Team and ensure adherence to Community LIFE standards.
The role requires a High School Diploma, PA driver's license, and basic Excel skills, with preferred experience in geriatric care and transportation logistics. Bedford/Somerset, PA work sites rotate. Benefits are included.

Under the direction and supervision of the Transportation Supervisor, the Transportation Scheduler is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of passenger van transportation services as requested by the Interdisciplinary Team. The Scheduler must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to assess, and plan transportation scheduling services for frail, older adults according to assigned responsibilities and Community LIFE standards.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experiencein transportation scheduling and/or logistics, and basic level in Excel. Prior experience in the geriatric field is helpful.
Valid PA Driver's license.
