What You'll Be Doing

  • Selling comprehensive transportation solutions-backed by our own fleet and trusted carrier partners
  • Leveraging your multimodal expertise to deliver tailored logistics strategies
  • Opening new accounts while nurturing and expanding existing relationships
  • Collaborating closely with our in-house dispatch and operations teams
  • Representing a company that delivers on its promises-with service, integrity, and pride

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of transportation sales experience across multiple modes (LTL, TL, Intermodal, Drayage, Air/Ocean)
  • Knowledge of freight lanes, pricing strategy, and customer acquisition
  • Strong communication skills and a relationship-first mindset
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to grow alongside a company that's growing, too
  • A passion for logistics and a team-oriented, down-to-earth attitude
