Responsibilities

• Administers driver hiring and compliance process
• Provides direction and guidance to location trainers
• Investigates accidents, incidents and injuries and determines fault
• Prepares accident-related compliance forms and maintains files
• Provides training to drivers and attendants on passenger safety
• Performs driver road checks of driver performance
• Supervises employees with safety, hiring or training responsibilities
• Generates reports and analyzes safety trends
