First Student in Zachary, LA is seeking a Transportation Safety Manager to provide operational safety oversight and leadership for a team of drivers and trainers. The role focuses on compliance, training, and incident investigation to ensure safe transportation for students and riders.

• Performs driver road checks of driver performance.
• Supervise employees with safety and/or driver hiring or training responsibilities.
• Provides various reports and analyzes safety trends.

Major Responsibilities
