Job summary

QXO is seeking a Manager, Transportation Safety to lead enterprise transportation safety programs nationwide. You will oversee driver qualification, hours-of-service compliance, and collision mitigation, while driving safety culture and operational excellence across field operations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in safety or related field and 5+ years in transportation safety, with strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA/OSHA regulations and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation safety, fleet operations, risk reduction, regulatory compliance, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and transportation safety regulations.
• Experience implementing safety programs, policies, or technologies in a field-based environment.
